Cucina Andare: Ping Gu Mushroom Fries

Pin Gu is owned by Jewel Joven. Pin Gu means Oyster Mushroom in Chinese. It started when her sister-in-law fried mushroom and they loved it and decided to put it in a business. Their mushrooms are from Nasugbu, Batangas and are freshly picked.

The sauces consists of Garlic Mayo, Tomato Ketchup, Gravy and Sweet Chili.

They offer this Mushroom Fries with the affordable prices.

This is a new favorite on my list. I would definitely go back and have some more. Aside from being a healthy food it is very delicious and you won’t get sick of it. I highly recommend Ping Gu for a very unique product, mushroom fries. So try to visit them at Cucina Andare every Thursday/Friday/Saturday from 4pm-3am at Glorietta Park.
