I was invited to a food tasting to this restaurant around Sgt. Esguerra and really had fun and was very happy tummy again with the food they served us. 😀


Fried Brie (P375)

(With guava jam and truffle oil)

It has a distinct taste that I did not expect that this food would have.

Rockin’ Oysters Rockefeller (P245)

(Topped with spinach, cream cheese and herb crust)

This particular food is very tasty from it’s cream cheese to the oyster itself. The spinach and herb crust has different taste also that makes this one of my favorites. 🙂

Risotto Balls (P295)

(With mozzarella stuffing and marinara sauce)

The mozzarella stuffing is very delicious ad well as the sauce.

 Roasted Bone Marrow (P295)

(With crostini, garlic confit, Himalayan pink salt and fresh lemon)

This death-difying is very delightful. You could really taste the “taba” of the bone marrow. hihi.

Big Plates

Lamb Shank Osso Buco (P520)

(With gremolata, roasted vegetables and mashed potatoes)

The lamb is very soft. The gremolata and vegetables are appetizing and it also has nice presentation.

 Foie Gras Burger (P690)

(With onion jam, gruyere, kosher pickles and potato fries)

The patty is very savory and soft. It has different taste than other patties sold in the market.

Crackling Pork Belly (P325)

(With peppercorn sauce, roasted vegetables and roasted potatoes)

It is gratifying and enticing to the eyes. The sauce is quite delicious and is different.

Beer in the Butt Chicken (P450)

(With BBQ sauce, roasted vegetables and roasted potatoes)

This is a mouthwatering dish as well as the very tasty sauce.

Angus Rib-Eye Cheese Steak and Fries (P720)

(Topped with sautéed onions, mushrooms, sweet peppers and mild cheddar. Served with potato fries.)

This is very scrumptious and very tempting to eat.Yes it’s a steak and it’s very soft and exquisite. And this is another favorite included on my list.


Truffled Mushroom (P350)

(Tomato ragout, mozzarella cheese, fresh mushrooms and truffle oil)

The crust is very soft and the mushroom is ravishing.

Chorizo & Sweet Peppers (P325)

(Tomato ragout, mozzarella cheese, chorizo pamplona, onions and sweet peppers)

It’s just an ordinary pizza, no difference.


Warm Chocolate Cake (P190)

(With salted caramel)

This dessert is very tempting to eat but it’s okay because it’s sweetness is not that bigtime that you would have diabetes. hihi. The salted caramel on the side makes it more delicious.

Frozen Grapes (P190)

It tastes like and Ice candy. hihi.

Cocina Centrale Launch

Yesterday (June 29) together with some bloggers and Ate Weng and Kuya Jay, we attended the launch of the Cocina Centrale at Marquee Mall in Angeles, Pampanga.

There are a lot of stalls to look forward to when you visit the place, here’s a few snap.

Cucina Andare: Mexikanto

When you say Nachos, Burritos, Quesadillas and Tacos, there is only one name you should find its Mexikanto. It offers delicious and tasty Nachos.

Quesadillas is a delicious one. You can really taste the beef that is inside the filling of pita.

Their Nachos is very different because it has lot of ingredients in one order. It is simply delicious and you won’t regret buying this one.

Overall, Mexikanto has a different attack in the food they offer. It is simple but it has different and yummy taste. So try to visit them at Cucina Andare every Thursday/Friday/Saturday from 4pm-3am at Glorietta Park.

Cucina Andare: Cuisiniers

Cuisiniers owned by Andrea Dela Cruz. They were the most generous to us in giving their samples.

They offer Chicken Barbecue (Legs P75 and Breast P80), this is my favorite from all the other that they gave us. It is very soft and tasty. Even if it has no sauce it is very delicious.

The Pork Barbecue is at P70 with rice is very sulit because almost all are meat and no   fat. It is also tasty and very nourishing.

The Slow Roast Beef (P130) is prepared  almost a day that it is very soft and very easy to eat. The distinct taste is very one of a kind.

Cuisiniers was overall very delicious and tasty, it is a highly recommended place to eat especially when you really want to fill your stomach with a lot. So try to visit them at Cucina Andare every Thursday/Friday/Saturday from 4pm-3am at Glorietta Park.

Cucina Andare: My Yellow Kitchen

My Yellow Kitchen owned by Marion Vasque

They offer 3 Mushroom Pesto Panini, I did not like this because it’s not so delicious.   It is only P80, very affordable.

The Chicken Adobo Cream Pasta is the best ever, it’s very tasty and delicious. I would also include this on my favorites list. You could really taste the adobo in the pasta. The beef is soft and easy to eat and is also very tasty. It is very affordable with just P100 per serving.

I want you to try the Chicken Adobo Cream Pasta because it’s their best seller and I’m sure you won’t regret buying it. This is another favorite that I would want to go back and try more and more. So try to visit them at Cucina Andare every Thursday/Friday/Saturday from 4pm-3am at Glorietta Park.
