As the Philippines experiences a booming economy, the PHILIPPINE SME BUSINESS EXPO 2013 will help push this further by featuring well-known and successful entrepreneurs Illac Diaz of My Shelter Foundation and Charlene Tan of Good Food Community (GFC) to talk about Social Entrepreneurship. These entrepreneurs with a big heart for the community will give great insights and tips to aspiring entrepreneurs who want to combine their business ideas with a mission to empower their respective communities.
GFC Founder Charlene Tan developed a community-shared agriculture system that builds up relationship with their farmers and provides them stable livelihood at the same time cultivating a healthy lifestyle for their clients through their fresh, organic harvest that are delivered straight to their homes in Metro Manila.
